8 out of 61 antibodies showed different levels between both groups (p<0.05): a decrease of autoantibody levels against mitogen-activated protein kinase 3 (p=0.016), glutathione peroxidase 4 (p=0.026), clusterin (p=0.028), lysozyme (p=0.029), transferrin (p<0.001) and protein kinase C substrate 80K-H (p=0.013) was observed in the AMD group (Table 3).
