The GO-related annotation results from core target genes revealed that genistein against CRC targeting autophagy proteins were involved in the regulation of biological processes, including tau protein binding, dynactin binding, heat shock protein binding, protein serine/threonine kinase activity, tau-protein kinase activity, cyclin-dependent protein serine/threonine kinase activity, and Hsp90 protein binding (Figure 2). The gene discussed is AKT1; the disease is colorectal carcinoma.
