Compared with benign prostate tissues, PCa tissues had remarkably higher expression of 7 m5C writers (NOP2, NSUN2, NSUN3, NSUN4, NSUN5, TRDMT1, and NSUN7), 4 m5C erasers (TET1, TET2, TET3, ALKBH1), and 2 readers (ALYREF, YBX1) (Fig. 1B). Here, TET2 is linked to posterior cortical atrophy.
