Since VSIG4 was mainly expressed in myocardial infarct area tissue on D7 after AMI, and this time point was dominated by CD206-positive M2 macrophage infiltration, we used flow cytometry and immunofluorescence double staining to further clarify whether VSIG4 was expressed in CD206-positive bone marrow-derived macrophages. The gene discussed is VSIG4; the disease is myocardial infarction.
