The analysis revealed that patients with a high CNA of PODXL had significantly higher risk of progression or death than those with the low expression level (HR, 1.840; 95% CI, 1.188 to 2.851; p = 0.006) (Figure 1A). Interestingly, patients with larger tumor sizes (T2-T4) tended to have higher PODXL expression compared to patients with smaller tumors (T1) but this trend was not significant (Figure S1A).
