Higher levels of several ligand-receptor communications, such as THBS1-CD47, THBS1-CD36, SEMA3C-NRP2/PLXNA2, PROS1-AXL, NAMPT-ITGA5/ITGB1, LAMC1-CD44, LAMA4-CD44, LAMA3-CD44, FN1-CD44, FN1-ITGAV/ITGB1, COL4A1-ITGA11/ITGB1, ANGPTL4-SDC2, and ADGRE5-CD55 were found in breast cancer (Supplementary Figure S8) and communications related to angiogenesis, inflammation and immune regulation were promoted (Figure 7C). The gene discussed is SEMA3C; the disease is breast carcinoma.
