In our first pan-cancer analysis of NALCN, we observed a significant differential expression of NALCN, association between NALCN and prognosis, clinicopathological features, diagnostic accuracy, immune-related biomarkers and genes, TIICs, DNA methylation, genetic alteration and tumor-related signaling pathways, which assist us understand NALCN’s role in tumorigenesis and metastasis.
