UXT-V2 is up-regulated in breast cancer tissues and cell lines, and down-regulates maternal expression 3 (MEG3) by binding to DNMT3B, thereby inhibiting the P53 signaling pathway (22).UXT-V2 also inhibits apoptosis and promotes the proliferation, migration, and invasion of breast cancer cells through its negative regulation of the P53 signaling pathway (22). This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and breast cancer.
