Next, we compared the DEGs between subtype 1 and subtype 2 and found that the immune response and inflammatory pathways such as the chemokine signaling pathway, cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction pathways, Natural killer cell mediated cytotoxicity pathways, and p53 signaling pathway were more active in subtype 2, implying that subtype 2 might be immune infiltration tumor and subtype 1 is likely to be an immunosuppressive tumor.
