Studies have revealed that PFKP has been overexpressed in human cancers, including lung cancer, oral cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, breast cancer, and clear cell renal cell carcinoma 27-32 Some studies have reported that high PFKP expression was correlated with poor prognosis, lymph node metastasis, histological grade, T category, and survival in patients with lung cancer 30, 33. Here, PFKP is linked to clear cell renal carcinoma.
