Of note, we found that cytoplasmic localisation of BATF2 existed in not only CRC samples but also other tumour tissues, including liver cancer, bile duct cancer, gastric cancer, kidney cancer, lung adenocarcinoma, lung adenosquamous carcinoma, lung squamous cell carcinoma, nasopharyngeal carcinoma and pancreatic adenocarcinoma (Figure S1). The gene discussed is BATF2; the disease is colorectal carcinoma.
