The cytoplasmic localisation of BATF2 was observed in multiple tumours, including CRC, liver cancer, bile duct cancer, gastric cancer, kidney cancer, lung adenocarcinoma, lung adenosquamous carcinoma, lung squamous cell carcinoma, nasopharyngeal carcinoma and pancreatic adenocarcinoma (Figures 1A,B and S1). This evidence concerns the gene BATF2 and colorectal carcinoma.
