Of note, we found that cytoplasmic localisation of BATF2 existed in not only CRC samples but also other tumour tissues, including liver cancer, bile duct cancer, gastric cancer, kidney cancer, lung adenocarcinoma, lung adenosquamous carcinoma, lung squamous cell carcinoma, nasopharyngeal carcinoma and pancreatic adenocarcinoma (Figure S1). This evidence concerns the gene BATF2 and liver cancer.
