DR-TB patients exhibited significantly higher levels of CCL1 (p < 0.0001), CCL2 (p < 0.0001), CCL3 (p = 0.0002), CXC chemokines CXCL1 (p < 0.0001), CXCL9 (p < 0.0001), CXCL10 (p < 0.0001) and CXCL11 (p < 0.0001) in comparison to the control group of individuals. This evidence concerns the gene CCL1 and tuberculosis.
