In addition, our study investigated blastocyst morphology scores for the first time and found that the percentage of good-quality blastocysts was significantly lower in the PPOS protocol than in the GnRH antagonists in both NOR and PCOS patients, while in POR population, the rate of good-quality blastocysts appeared to be higher in the PPOS protocol. This evidence concerns the gene GNRH1 and polycystic ovary syndrome.
