To determine the heterogeneity of the high- and low-risk groups in patients with PCa, we studied the mutation landscape diagram in both groups; the most frequently mutated genes were SPOP and TTN in the high- and low-risk groups, respectively, which may indicate that patients with a high SPOP mutation rate have a worse prognosis, whereas those with a high TTN mutation rate have a relatively better prognosis. Here, TTN is linked to posterior cortical atrophy.
