Furthermore, in a subset of 167 patients with molecular subtype allocation, high prevalence and high degree of clonal evolution driven by ongoing DH/VH-DJH recombination were associated with the presence of KMT2A gene rearrangements, while VH replacements occurred more frequently in Ph-like and DUX4 BCP-ALL. This evidence concerns the gene DUX4 and acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
