The data showed that T cells from miR-22-treated mice induced the highest apoptotic rate (Figure 3F), and the culture supernatant also had the highest levels of IFNγ and granzyme B. Compared with healthy controls, HCC T cells produced elevated levels of IL17A and IL6, which were reduced by miR-22 treatment (Figure 3G). Here, IL6 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
