In our study, based on the annotation of NUF2-related genes, cell cycle and ATPase activity were closely associated with NUF2 expression, and in addition, NUF2 was significantly enriched in the P53 signaling pathway and microRNA pathways, suggesting that NUF2 may play a key role in the occurrence of ccRCC by regulating the cell cycle or participating in the P53 signaling pathway. The gene discussed is NUF2; the disease is nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma.
