The levels of total cholesterol, N-terminal precursor B-type brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP)(1998.0(969.9,4407.5), P < 0.05), hs-CRP (25.16(20.00,67.00), P < 0.001) and sSema4D (22.54(20.82,24.17), P < 0.001) were higher in the high versus non-high thrombus burden group, while the left ventricular diastolic dysfunction (LVDd) (52.0(49.0,57.5), P < 0.05) and ST-segment. This evidence concerns the gene CRP and Left ventricular diastolic dysfunction.
