To assess the antitumor activity of anti-PSCA γδ 8t28Z CAR-T cells in vivo, PSCA-expressing C4-2B prostate cancer cells (2.0 × 105 per injection) were inoculated into both the left and right tibias of 6-week-old male NSG (NOD.Cg-Prkdcscid Il2rgtm1Wjl/SzJ) mice (n = 10) and monitored via bioluminescence imaging as a readout for tumor burden (Fig. 3A).
