In the present study, we demonstrated a microfluidics‐enabled tumor acidity‐responsive nanovesicle to deliver and specifically on‐site release CD47/PD‐L1 antibodies (NCPA) in an acidic tumor microenvironment (TME), thereby assuring dual CD47/PD‐L1 checkpoint blockade and avoiding IRAEs induced by the on‐target off‐tumor immunotoxicity. This evidence concerns the gene CD47 and neoplasm.
