Examples include dysregulation of Rho GTPase (Fig. 2), e.g., ARHGAP10, a gene for schizophrenia risk, encoding Rho GTPase-activating protein 10 (Sekiguchi et al., 2020), which also plays a role in the proliferation, migration, and invasion of lung cancer cells (Teng et al., 2017), and prostate cancer (Gong et al., 2019). Here, ARHGAP10 is linked to prostate carcinoma.
