Examples include dysregulation of Rho GTPase (Fig. 2), e.g., ARHGAP10, a gene for schizophrenia risk, encoding Rho GTPase-activating protein 10 (Sekiguchi et al., 2020), which also plays a role in the proliferation, migration, and invasion of lung cancer cells (Teng et al., 2017), and prostate cancer (Gong et al., 2019). This evidence concerns the gene ARHGAP10 and lung carcinoma.
