KLF2 is implicated in regulating adipogenesis, inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and vascular diseases, chronic infections, and malignancies, including ccRCC, endometrial cancer, CRC, non-small cell lung cancer, and pancreatic cancer (Novodvorsky et al., 2014; Zeng et al., 2018; Osman et al., 2021; Wang et al., 2022). Here, KLF2 is linked to endometrial cancer.
