Based on this, ADSCs were found to accelerate LEC proliferation, migration, and lymphangiogenesis through the METTL3 pathway and regulate vascular endothelial growth factor C (VEGF-C) expression and VEGF-C-mediated lymphatic angiogenesis through the METTL3/IGF2BP2-m6A pathway, thus promoting the repair of diabetic foot ulcer (DFU) wounds.
