THBS1, on the other hand, plays a significant role in inflammation, angiogenesis, platelet aggregation, tumorigenesis, and tissue remodeling (Silverstein and Febbraio, 2007; Huang et al., 2017; Zhao et al., 2018; Hu et al., 2021; Zhang et al., 2021), and has been extensively studied in lymphoma, breast cancer, melanoma, and gastric cancer (John et al., 2009; Radziwon-Balicka et al., 2014; Zhao et al., 2018; Hu et al., 2021). This evidence concerns the gene THBS1 and lymphoma.
