CD44 and cancer: The KEGG enrichment analysis showed that the hub genes of the N list, including CDC42, COL1A1, FN1, CTNNB1, MMP9, ACTB, and CD44 were mostly enriched in the Proteoglycans in cancer term (p‐value = 1.254e‐12), whereas, the hub genes of the NAT list including COL1A1, COL1A2, COL4A1, FN1, COL6A3, THBS2, and THBS1 were mostly enriched in the ECM‐receptor interaction term (p‐value = 2.969e‐15).
