Results showed that treatment with a Mincle neutralizing antibody significantly improved the psoriasis-like skin damage induced by imiquimod by inhibiting Mincle-expressing macrophage infiltration and blocking Syk/NF-κB-driven expression of iNOS, IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α, and keratin-17 and integrin β1 expression in the psoriasis skin (Fig. 7C–G).
