Adjusting for Model 2 covariates, we did not observe significant associations of the 116 immune cell phenotypes and the 3 ARIP measures with education, APOE genotype, obesity status, type 2 diabetes, prevalent CVD or AF at exam 7, hypertension treatment, lipid treatment, SBP, TC, and HDL levels, or diagnosis of chronic blood cancer prior to exam 7 (all FDR>0.05). This evidence concerns the gene APOE and Hypertension.
