GO and KEGG enrichment analysis confirmed that RJP could regulate various immunological and antiviral-related signals to conduct antiviral therapy, including TNF, age range, c-type lectin receptor signaling pathways, Kaposi sarcoma-associated herpesvirus infection, etc. Modulating these signaling pathways was a promising area of research and it provided a new direction for treating monkeypox. This evidence concerns the gene TNF and Herpesviridae infectious disease.
