A previous study has reported that the gene Slc1a3 is one of the high‐affinity glutamate transporters that mediate the cellular uptake of glutamate and that its dysfunction can lead to the pathogenesis of AD.[27] Using the ATAC data generated by scMOG, we analyzed the coverage plots of Slc1a3 in four 2.5‐month‐old transgenic (Tg 2.5 mo‐1 and Tg 2.5 mo‐2) and wild‐type (WT 2.5 mo‐1 and WT 2.5 mo‐2) mice (Figure S11, Supporting Information). Here, SLC1A3 is linked to Alzheimer disease.
