To further prove that the decline in the growth, proliferation, and migration ability of gastric cancer cells caused by knockdown of TRF2 is related to autophagy and ferroptosis, we used chloroquine (CQ), an autophagy inhibitor, and ferrostatin-1 (Fer-1), a ferroptosis inhibitor, to pretreat TRF2 knockdown gastric cancer cells. Here, TERF2 is linked to gastric cancer.
