Several other KO groups that we identified also play a role in bacterial virulence and growth in non-CDI models; namely, K02528 (dimethyladenosine transferase), K04047 (starvation-inducible DNA-binding protein), and K01439 (succinyl-diaminopimelate desuccinylase [EC:3.5.1.18]).
