CLEC4D and cancer: The KEGG enrichment results showed that the shared targets were significantly enriched in pathways including pathways in cancer, human cytomegalovirus infection, pathways of neurodegeneration, the C-type lectin receptor signaling pathway, transcriptional misregulation in cancer, the TNF signaling pathway, apoptosis, etc. These pathways were related to gastric mucosal injury, ulcer healing, and ulcer development to gastric cancer.
