In the whole cohort, 20 patients (13%) had TMB-high status (using the classical cut-off of 10 mutations per Mb), 8 (5.2%) had MSI, and 18 patients (12%) presented a KRAS mutation—especially in NSCLC and colorectal cancers (Figure 1). The gene discussed is KRAS; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
