H19 and breast carcinoma: For example, the studies performed by Contreras-Espinosa et al. and other research works in translational medicine, in which they identified the lncRNAs GATA3-AS1 [17], LINC02544 [21], and H19 [9], are related to neoadjuvant chemotherapy response in luminal breast cancer phenotypes, while lncRNA AC009283.1 was associated with tumorigenic cell signaling pathways in HER-2 enriched breast cancer phenotypes [22]; together, these results demonstrated the association of lncRNAs with different clinical characteristics in breast cancer.
