The firefly luciferase activity was significantly higher than that of the control group after co-infection of pGreenII62-SK::TcbHLH14/pGreenII0800-LUC::pTcAOC/TcGLIP into N. benthamiana leaves, indicating that the TF TcbHLH14 could activate the transcription of TcAOC and TcGLIP gene promoters (Figure 4D). This evidence concerns the gene TF and coinfection.
