NLRC5 and melanoma: Stable expression of NLRC5-SA in B16-F10 (B16) melanoma cells, which express negligible levels of NLRC5 and MHC-I at steady state [36], markedly upregulated the expression of MHC-I molecules H-2Kb and H-2Db, albeit to a discernibly lower level than full-length NLRC5 (NLRC5-FL) (Figure 1B).
