In this study, we compared NLRC5-SA and NLRC5-FL for their ability to induce MHC-I expression in mouse and human cancer cell lines, control B16-F10 melanoma and EL4 thymoma growth in syngeneic C157BL/6 mice and modulate in MHC-I-associated peptides (MAPs). This evidence concerns the gene NLRC5 and thymoma.
