Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway analysis revealed that cancer stemness-related signaling pathways (Wnt, Hedgehog, PPAR, calcium, PI3K/Akt, and TGF/SMAD signaling pathways) [28] were markedly elevated in sorafenib-resistant PTC compared with that in sorafenib-sensitive PTC (Figure 1C, left, middle, and right).
