In summary, oral treatment with MemophenolTM at a dose of 15 mg/kg, by acting on oxidative stress and inflammatory processes, was able to manage AD features such as behavioral changes related to cognitive functions and memory, phosphorylated Tau levels, and the aberrant overexpression of APP, the accumulation of β-amyloid, and neuronal degeneration.
