CD274 and neoplasm: In this study, using immunohistochemistry, we evaluated the expression of mismatch repair (MMR) proteins, tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (CD8+), and immune checkpoint molecules (PD-L1) in 60 patients with type II EC (16, 5, 17, and 22 were endometrioid G3, serous, de-differentiated, and carcinosarcoma cases, respectively) to investigate the therapeutic effect of immune checkpoint inhibitors.
