SPAG9 and bladder transitional cell carcinoma: As shown in Figure 4, SPAG9 expression was significantly correlated with a weaker inflammatory response, fewer inflammatory factors, and a lower degree of T-cell exhaustion in ccRCC (lower SPAG9 expression vs. higher SPAG9 expression, p value < 0.05, Figure 4A), but not in BLCA (Figure 4B).
