In the majority of these tumors, the high expression of HAT1 is associated with poor outcomes, as assessed by Gruber et al. in the available TCGA data identifying six types of solid tumors: adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), kidney chromophobe (KICH), brain lower grade glioma (LGG), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC) and lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) [31] (see Table 1). The gene discussed is HAT1; the disease is bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
