GCG and basal cell carcinoma: When compared with group K, the KEGG pathways with significant differences in group M (Figure 4A) included the biosynthesis of amino acids, central carbon metabolism in cancer, the GABAergic synapse, lysine degradation, pyrimidine metabolism, citrate cycle (TCA cycle), basal cell carcinoma, phenylalanine metabolism, tyrosine metabolism, and the glucagon signaling pathway.
