A recent study has shown a relationship among AMBRA1, CUL4–DDB1 complex, and STAT3 in medulloblastoma (MB) stem cells, demonstrating that AMBRA1, through its direct interaction with the CUL4–DDB1 complex, is involved in the degradation of SOCS3, an inhibitor of STAT3 activity [30]. This evidence concerns the gene STAT3 and medulloblastoma.
