To confirm this finding and to compare TYMS levels among different non-Hodgkin lymphoma transcriptomes, we used a different dataset [26] that showed B and T cell lymphomas (n = 32) express high TYMS levels (Fig. S4C) that correlated with low levels of CDKN2A expression (Fig. S4D). This evidence concerns the gene CDKN2A and T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
