These data suggest that TYMS upregulation is a common event in both solid tumors and also in human non-Hodgkin ́s lymphomas and may cooperate with the loss of CDKN2A to accelerate tumor growth and invasion, as we observed in our hTS/Ink4a/Arf−/− mice model. This evidence concerns the gene CDKN2A and non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
