GPR84 and leukemia: In addition to inflammation, increased expression of GPR84 in stem cells has been shown to accelerate the progression of leukemia by inhibiting Ms4a3 and promoting the expression of β-catenin to enhance the proliferation and migration of leukemia cells.18 Although studies have demonstrated that GPR84 plays an important role in the inflammatory response, its effects on the progression of solid tumors and their underlying mechanisms are unclear.19
