Consistently, our study demonstrated that the upregulated DHX15 in BC was related to the poor prognosis of patients with BC (Additional file 2: Fig S2A–D), and the functional analyses of DHX15 suggested that downregulation of DHX15 led to decreased proliferation and migration of BC cells, while overexpression of DHX15 showed opposite effects on BC progression (Additional file 2: Fig S2E–P).
