ALB and tuberculosis: The host factors and disease statuses that significantly increased the risk of 60-day death were as follows: albumin < 2.5 g/dL (aOR: 3.01; 95% CI 2.14–5.75), respiratory failure (aOR: 2.11; 95% CI 1.40–3.62), dependent ADL (aOR: 1.98; 95% CI 1.41–4.52), active malignancy (aOR: 1.93; 95% CI 1.10–3.72), extrapulmonary TB and/or extensive disease (aOR: 1.80; 95% CI 1.34–2.96), BMI < 18.5 kg/m2 (aOR: 1.52; 95% CI 1.08–2.55), and renal failure (aOR: 1.44; 95% CI 1.01–2.55).
