Sex, especially the male (odds ratio [OR] 11.45, P = 0.012), neutropenia (< 1500) (OR 41.64, P ≤ 0.001), aPTT prolongation (> 35 s) (OR 80.133, P ≤ 0.001), and normal CRP concentration (≤ 1.0 mg/dL; OR 166.855, P = 0.001) were significantly associated with SFTS but not HGA. Here, CRP is linked to neutropenia.
