Western blotting revealed that TUSC7 overexpression group displayed remarkably lower expression levels of BDNF, p-TrkB and ERK1/2 than NC group, whereas they were transparently raised after silencing TUSC7, suggesting that TUSC7 could suppress the proliferation and migration of glioma cells through the BDNF/TrkB/ERK pathway (Figure 8).
