The results of Western blotting revealed that after overexpression of TUSC7, the expressions of cyclinD1, cyclinA and PCNA apparently declined compared with those in NC group, whereas they were overtly increased after silencing TUSC7 (Figure 6), suggesting that TUSC7 could suppress the proliferation of glioma cells via cell cycle arrest. The gene discussed is TUSC7; the disease is glioma.
