In this study, bioinformatics approaches were first used to screen out DEGs in gliomas, the lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA ceRNA network was constructed, then relevant enriched pathways such as ERK1_and_ERK2_cascade were identified, and TUSC7 overexpression plasmid and shRNA plasmid were transfected into glioma U251 and U87 cells, followed by investigating the effects of TUSC7 on malignant biological behaviors of glioma cells. Here, TUSC7 is linked to central nervous system cancer.
