The expression levels of BDNF, p-TrkB and ERK1/2 markedly decline after overexpression of TUSC7, whereas they are evidently raised after silencing TUSC7, suggesting that TUSC7 can suppress the proliferation and migration of glioma cells through inhibiting the BDNF/TrkB/ERK pathway. This evidence concerns the gene TUSC7 and central nervous system cancer.
