To observe the effect of microglia immune state caused by CKLF1 on stroke outcome, gene knockout and antibody neutralization were, respectively, observed in this study, and the results showed that either inhibition of CKLF1 expression or blocking its activity could significantly improve motor dysfunction in stroke mice and enhance the phagocytic function of microglia on neutrophils, indicating that CKLF1 is a potential target for the treatment of stroke. This evidence concerns the gene CKLF and stroke disorder.
